Can I attend the inspection?
Yes, you’re welcome to attend. However, we work best when uninterrupted, allowing us to focus fully on the assessment. After the inspection, we’ll discuss all findings with you and provide a same-day report so you clearly understand the results and next steps.
What happens if defects are found?
Any defects we identify are clearly documented in your written report, supported by photographs where relevant. You can then raise these issues with your builder or other parties. If needed, we can return for a re-inspection to verify that all rectifications meet the required standard.
